Training and language teaching form part of my profile: I have extensive experience in language teaching for adults, at private, business and university levels, and currently offer English or Spanish classes. I also offer interview preparation for those of you who have an job interview coming up in another language soon.
My teaching method is based on communicative exercises, a sound understanding of grammar, and having fun!
Techniques used in class:
- Vocabulary teaching with flashcards
- Communicative exercises - role plays, group activities, games, songs
- Contextual learning - contemporary subjects, up-to-the-minute news, article-reading and comprehension
- Use of multi-media material, including online activities.
My language teaching experience has also led to the co-authorship of a Business Spanish text book, which was published by Routledge in May 2008.
